Winner 2009 Dallas AIA Unbuilt Merit Award
This 200 acre mixed use project was designed
to serve both Jackson International Airport and
Jackson proper. Providing a performing arts center, retail space, residential units, hotels and corporate office buildings, the project provides greater amenities for Jackson while also sup-
porting the clientelle generated by the airport.
