Located just north of IH 121 between Preston Road and the North Dallas Tollway, this 750-acre, mixed-use development will establish a new standard for quality development in North Dallas. Over five miles of wide, expansive parkways was built to link the new regional mall, multifamily residential villages, and corporate office and hotel sites. Stone monument entry portals and tree bosques anchor these parkways. Some bridges will span creeks, lakes and waterways master planned so they provide contiguous open space connections throughout the development.
